Which trackers the site uses and how to manage your choice. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
1. What trackers are
A tracker (cookie, local storage, pixel, etc.) is a piece of information read from or stored on your device when you visit a website. With a few exceptions, placing them requires your prior consent (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, the “loi Informatique et Libertés”).
2. What the site stores without any action on your part
No cookies. The site uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising and no social media pixel.
When you respond to the prompt to open the chat, your choice is stored in your browser's session storage (keys tca-consent-retell and tca-consent-retell-refus) and cleared when you close the tab. This storage, which serves only to remember your choice, is exempt from consent.
Fonts: the site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No cookie is set, but your browser sends your IP address to Google LLC in the process.
3. Services loaded only after your consent
Two third-party services may set their own trackers. They are loaded only if you click the button that introduces them:
| Service | Provider | Purpose | Loaded when | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chat assistant | Retell AI, Inc. (United States) | Direct you to the offer that suits your needs | After clicking “Open chat” | Retell AI |
| Booking calendar | Google LLC (United States) | Book a demo slot | After clicking “Show the calendar” (contact page) |
Once loaded, these services set their trackers under their own responsibility, with the lifetimes defined in their policies. If you decline, the chat and the embedded calendar are not available; you can still reach us through the contact form, by phone, or open the Google booking page in a new tab.
4. Manage your choice
You can activate the chat or withdraw your consent at any time:
Withdrawing prevents any further loading. To delete trackers already set by Retell AI or Google, use your browser settings (under “Cookies and site data”).
5. More information
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy. For any questions: odilon.buisson@thecallagent.com. You can also consult the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority) at cnil.fr.
